SUA Vapors – Two ICE Flavors – Melon and Mangosteen

A new SUA Vapors Review – Several months ago, we had our first experience with TFN™ Nicotine. Tobacco free nicotine, TFN, is the term used for nicotine that is acquired from any source other than tobacco plants. TFN does not affect the flavoring of an eliquid, and in the right hands, tobacco-free-nicotine should be the ingredient used, if for no other reason than to further distance vaping from smoking.

SUA Vapors recently released an “ICE” line to their e-liquid line up, crafted with the same high quality-sourced ingredients, including TFN™ Nicotine. This ‘ICE’ flavor isn’t menthol, peppermint, spearmint, or anything else I can identify. It’s just COLD.

Vaping either of these ICE flavors I experienced a blast of cold vapor almost immediately proceeded by the rich, dense fruit flavor that when combined, created a unique cool-fruit vape that I knew immediately both Melon and Mangosteen ICE would wind up in my personal rotation of eliquids. But first…

I used two high-end, high-performance sub-ohm tanks, and the Think Vape Finder DNA250 box mod. The tanks we, of course, the Uwell Valyrian and the SMOK TFV12 Prince (review coming very soon). Since these ICE blends are 70% VG and 30% PG, they performed like magic with these two wonderful tanks.

The best way to vape these ICE blends in a sub-ohm tank is to pump up the wattage (or temperature if you’re using a TC heating wire) so that there is a storm of cold vapor delivered warmly into your lungs. This mix of cold and warmth is spectacular.

ICE Mangosteen by SUA Vapors is an icy version of their tropical flavor that has origins from Asia. First tug off the drip tip is a blast of cold mixed in a warm vapor, ending with the sweet fruity notes of this slightly strange tropical flavor. 5 Stars!

ICE Melon by SUA Vapors tastes a lot like the original melon flavor reviewed last year. Delivering a blast of cold wrapped in warm vapor like the Mangosteen, this sweet melon flavoring (honeydew) delivers a marvelous vape experience that sets it apart from any other “cool, menthol, etc. etc.” vape out there. Because, like Mangosteen, ICE Melon has a magical cold/warm exchange with a rich flavor underneath, it has to score the same 5 Stars.

SUA Vapors is a first-rate eliquid line that I believe to be a real value at $21.95 price tag for their 60mL bottles. I couldn’t help but think that by creating an “icy” fruit blend with a high VG formula that shines when vaping them with a low resistance coil and a high wattage mod, to create it without tasting menthol, or peppermint, or spearmint, and layering it with deep rich, and sweet flavoring, was an act of inspiration and innovation we don’t see much these days.

There are plenty of Vapers out there in the community that don’t go for menthol, or otherwise cool vape blends. And to be honest, even for myself, it’s only about 25% of my own vaping. Most of the time I prefer rich, sweet fruity flavors or vanilla and custard vapes. But that 25% of the time I enjoy a cool vape, SUA Vapors new ICE line is definitely the blend for me.
