The recent ruling by the FDA classifying vaping instruments and e liquid as Tobacco Products is wrong. In no way do modern vape gear and e liquid resemble tobacco products. Beginning August 8th 2016 the vape industry will begin to crumble. We cannot let that happen.
Most scientists have declared vaping as 95% less harmful than real tobacco products. Vaping has saved more lives in its decade old presence than all other Tobacco Harm Reduction products and services combined.
The FDA has a reason for classifying all vape products as tobacco products, that reason is MONEY. Lobbyists of Big Tobacco and Big Pharma have purchased the FDA, lock stock and barrel, for the sole reason of killing off an industry that can finally stop tobacco addiction and death.
Sign the Petition, join advocacy groups, and get ready to protest. We cannot let this stand. More than 100,000 jobs, 20,000 entrepreneurs, and the investment of millions are at stake. Can we really afford to kill an industry that provides a safe product, allows people to get away from real tobacco products, and will save the health industry billions of dollars.
