Funnel cake is made with either pancake batter or donut batter, or prepackaged funnel cake mix. The donut batter is much tastier than funnel cake made with pancake batter, but the funnel cake batter you can buy at the grocery store is the best. Both are fried in hot oil until they are crispy golden color. Once removed they are drained of the oil clinging to the fried batter and then coated with powdered sugar. Sometimes connoisseurs of funnel cake will pour strawberries or blueberry over them, even whipped cream. Kiera 5 – The new SMOK H-Priv 220W TC and a Uwell Crown at 44-watts produced both a delicious, hearty cake/strawberry flavor that I instantly wanted it in my rotation as an all-day-vape.

There are plenty of ways to get funnel cake in Boston, and after first trying Strawberry Funnel Cake Julia and I followed the directions in this video below (except we used vegetable oil and the mix)  and made our own. By itself, without strawberry jam or strawberries prepared for Strawberry Shortcake, the funnel cake itself had a greasy, sweet, almost decadent flavor. When vaping the e juice, that same flavor was there, mixed in with a sweet strawberry ‘something’. As hard as it is to come by, Strawberry Funnel Cake is an original flavor, never tasted anything quite like it before.

Jason 5 – My Pioneer4You iPV5 and a Vape Forward VP Sub-Ohm tank gave such a great vape with this sweet funnel cake and strawberry e juice at 42 watts that I filled the room with vapor in under 2 minutes. I’m glad I love the flavor of this juice because when it comes to needing massive amounts of clouds, this one is hard to beat. Strawberry Funnel Cake is a thick e-liquid, but I’m told it’s a 70VG 30PG, but it looks more like a Max VG, 90-95% VG.

As for the flavor being real funnel cake, I don’t know because I’ve never had the pleasure. I can say that there is this cake/donut flavor rolled into the strawberries, a funnel cake/donut variation I’ve never tasted before, so I suppose that could be funnel cake. Added to my rotation, and definitely should win the Choice Award. Original and delicious, what more could you want?

Julia 5 – For me it was the Joyetech eVic VTwo with a Protank 4 Evolved (Ceramic Coil Head) at 48-watts that caused me to vape through 60mL of this stuff in under 48 hours. I could not get enough of this totally original funnel cake and strawberries flavor. Kiera and I tried our hand at making a real funnel cake, and when I spread some 100% real strawberry jam on top of the cake with powdered sugar and whipped cream, that when I took a bite it tasted almost exactly like the e juice. I love this e liquid, and plan on keeping it in my rotation for a long time. A great vape when you need something sweet, but with lots of ‘body’ to it. $29.99 for 60mL glass bottle. Conclusion

Each of us received a 60mL bottle of Strawberry Funnel Cake ($29.99) that lasted us no more than 48-54 hours, give or take, before we had vaped through every single drop. It’s the first time all four of us were aggressively vaping an e liquid the entire time. By aggressive I mean long, deep lung hits, one after another for more than hour without a break, in a high wattage low resistance setting. It felt like I was constantly refilling my 5mL Protank 4, and I didn’t mind a bit. It was 3mg nicotine, so no one over consumed the nicotine.

In order to enjoy this new e liquid, you have to like deep/dark sweetness of fried batter that is funnel cake, the taste of powdered sugar and/or whipped cream, and the deep sweetness of ripe strawberry jam.
