The fact is, Delta 9 vape juice has been in development for quite a while by a handful of vape juice manufactures. As you may have read in our previous review for Serene Tree its Delta 10 THC vape juice–  we are enamored of the quality and artistry of Serene Tree. What is Delta-9 THC?

Since Delta-9 THC can be derived from cannabis and not just hemp, it has the potential to make you feel very buzzed.  Delta 9 combines the effects of Delta-8 & Delta-10 THC. Sativa’s are known for their “head high,” an invigorating, energizing effect that can help reduce anxiety or stress and increase creativity and focus. Indica’s are typically associated with full-body effects, such as increasing deep relaxation and reducing insomnia. I usually strive to use an Indica blend for bedtime.

The Delta 9 Cerebral High

Delta-9 strains provide effects that lean towards cerebral and uplifting without the anxious effects of its counterpart. For someone like myself, Delta 9 is the most beneficial THC for my needs during the day.

Before getting into the individual flavors Serene Tree offers, a little about their ‘strengths’, 500mg and 1200mg.

500mg and 1200mg Explanation

While both the 500mg and 1200mg formulas are in 30mL bottles, they are very different when it comes to the effect of each hit from your Vaporizer.

Most Vapers looking to get into the Delta THC vape juice line, the urge is to spring the extra money to buy the strongest formula possible. And sometimes that makes a lot of sense. But don’t overlook the less powerful 500mg just because there is a formula containing more than twice the Delta 9 THC. 

The reason is simple, I’ve been vaping e-liquid for 11 years now. I usually vape a 60VG/40PG blend, with 3mg of nicotine. Because of that, I vape a lot. I mean A LOT. I can vape a 120ml of 3mg nicotine e-juice is week. If you are in the same room with me, chances are you’re seeing me vape.

Vaping Delta THC

Now, with the 500mg Delta 9 THC vape juice, I can fill a tank, and inhale large amounts of vapor for maybe 6 or 7 hits (or draws). I will get nice and buzzed, and all the benefits of Delta 9 will do its work. In between I switch off to my nicotine e-juice.

However, when I have the 1200mg of Delta 9 THC vape juice I have a much more potent 30mL bottle of vape juice. Fill up a tank (a SMOK TFV16 tank with a .2-Ohm coil) and I can take 2 or 3 draws from it, go back to my nicotine vape, and get the same effects with much less Delta vape juice. So, I may pay a little more upfront, but that 1200mg bottle is going to last me a long, long time. It will depend on whether you vape just Delta THC vape juice, or vape nicotine-based e-liquid.

Flavors are Thing

When reviewing the flavors of the Serene Tree Delta 10 vape juice I experienced lush, and full flavors in every blend. That same 60VG/40PG blend I find in my favorite nicotine e-liquid allows these wonderful Delta THC Juices to be vaped in Sub-Ohm tanks, sub-ohm coils, and a delightful 65-70W of power. Oh man, nothing like it anywhere!

The result is the same with the Delta 9 THC, huge, thick clouds of flavor, and that awesome buzz we get with cannabis. A winning combination.

Spinfuel Thoughts – A few months back I was finally convinced to try a grape flavored e-liquid. More than a decade I avoided grape flavors because it just didn’t sound appealing. 

But since the Federal Government in the United States slammed online stores down by creating a ignorant law that forbids the shipment of ANY type of mod, tank, battery, and e-liquid.

Spinfuel Thoughts – Years ago vanilla vape juice, from vanilla cupcakes from Ginger’s E-juice to the vanilla blend of mountain vapes, this flavor was my main vape juice for years. I know vanilla flavors, in every iteration. 

Like the French Vanilla by Serene Tree using Delta 10, the Delta 9 THC flavor is identical. If I had to come up with a comparable French Vanilla over on the nicotine side, I’d have to go with a blend from a multi-million-dollar annual sales company (now out of business due to the Feds) called “Rocket Fuel Vapes”.

The vanilla, or French Vanilla, is not overpowering. It is delightful, sweet but not overly so, and luscious like a good French vanilla should be.

Spinfuel: Admittedly, it was always hard for me to find a good watermelon flavor. Lord knows I’ve tried over the past decade, but only a few have passed my test. A watermelon flavor must “taste” like a seedless-red-ripe-watermelon. It must be thick, sweet, with that genuine watermelon flavor. Can it be done in a Delta 9 THC vape juice? Yes it can, and it does. We have mango, pineapple, coconut, a hint of banana for depth. Truly one of today’s finest tropical blends.
