The Council of Vapor Callisto 80W TC Starter Kit is a compact mod and tank, offering the comfortably shaped Callisto 80W Mod and the new Windrunner Sub-Ohm Tank for the low cost, high value, $49.95 through Element Vape.

Keep in mind this is not a Review. It is a Preview of what to expect. While our shipment has arrived, and there are two in use at this time, we’re not ready to commit to a final review and score for this starter kit.

The Callisto 80W Mod

The Callisto 80W measures 78mm by 41.6mm by 27.5mm, and is built with a zinc alloy that pairs nicely with the texturized battery door cover to create a contrasting color scheme. The chassis (body) is comfortable, with soft contours to fit most hands, especially for a replaceable, single 18650 mod.

The Proprietary Chipset

Council of Vapor’s proprietary chipset is very advanced, and capable of firing up to 80W along with a comprehensive temperature control suite.  With native support for Ni200 Nickel, Titanium, and Stainless-Steel heating elements, TC fans shouldn’t have any complaints.

The oversized firing button works in cooperation with the adjustment button and the rich-in-information OLED display. The Kit should provide a seamless vape experience, much like prior compact CoV products we’ve reviewed.

The CoV Windrunner Sub-Ohm Tank

The included Windrunner Sub-Ohm Tank has a 2.5mL e-juice capacity that is filled by way of a threaded top-fill system. In addition, the bottom airflow control allows for good vapor production.

The Coil structure is optimized flavor production. The 510 wide-bore drip tip accommodates most other 510 drip tips on the market.
