The Spinfuel eLiquid Review Team Presents Juice Parlour

Before we get into the Juice Parlour, I would like to introduce our fifth member of the team, Louis!

“Hi, my name is Louis. I have been vaping off and on for about five years now. I didn’t start dripping until about a year ago when I got my first mechinical mod, a stingray. Lately I’ve been vaping with my triple battery aluminum box mod that I made myself with a Popeye RDA. I am geared more towards custards, fruit creams, and pastry like flavors, but can be open-minded if an ejuice is made well. I hope my years of vaping experience can add something to the team!!” – Louis

The Juice Parlour is a line of three eliquids that we were all excited to get into.  The owner is all about providing vapers with an experience as juice-parlous-logowell as flavor. The blends are designed to replicate flavors straight out of a soda parlour back in the day. So, while we vape them, it should take us to a place or a time…and remind us of an experience. I think this is a great idea to have for an ejuice! So, keep reading to see if these flavors POPPED or fell flat…and by the end you might know which ones you will need to try out!

FLAVORS

Orange Fizze: This creamsicle themed flavour is a blend of rich oranges and creamy vanilla. Its a nostalgic twist on a classic cream soda.

Cherry Fizze: In the spirit of the soda fountain classic, this juice has cherries and authentic cola flavour. It’s complex, bright and refreshing.

Soda Jerk: A quintessential treat from the past, a root beer float. This flavour will remind you of scoops of ice cream in bubbly, foamy root beer.

Spinfuel Protocols

If you are reading a Spinfuel eLiquid Team Review for the first time we suggest that you take a look at the protocols we’ve developed for each of the reviews we will do. You’ll need to know how long we vape the ejuice, in what manner, what we look for, and how an eliquid may earn a coveted Spinfuel Choice Award. In addition, in order to understand the scores and our comments about each one, knowing the intricacies of our methods will give you a greater understanding of the process. Click here:

Juice Parlour E-Liquid Particulars:

Juice Parlour comes in 15ml or 30ml glass bottles with glass child proof droppers. On one site I found them for $13/15ml and $23/30ml which I think is a bit too pricey. At www.thejuiceparlour.com they only have the 30ml listed and they retail for $21 which is $.70/ml. This isn’t a bad price considering most premium blends run around $22/30ml. The blends are a 70vg/30pg blend, which is better for dripping, but they can be used in tanks as well, especially subohm tanks. The nicotine levels available are: 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, or 12mg. (12mg vaped with low resistance coils would probably be too strong since low resistance coils combined with higher wattage devices vaporise nicotine much more efficiently than higher resistance coils that do not need such high wattage settings to deliver a great vape)

Packaging

We received 15ml glass bottles with tamper-proof droppers. The labeling on the bottles is done really well and help create the whole ‘parlour’ shoppe “experience”. The size and nicotine mg is clearly stated on the front along with the name of the company and flavor. There are just a few standards on the side, such as the ingredient list. However, there is no batch date or born on date. I believe since these are hand mixed to ensure consistency, this will be something further on down the line for Juice Parlour to consider.

The JUICE

This is what it is all about: flavor. We have three to cover. I’m Dori, the head writer, and will kick every flavor off with my thoughts as the team follows. Remember as always, taste is subjective and is in the mouth of the beholder. My team all have different palates and I value the opinion of those on my team. Let’s see what we come up with for these for soda parlour blends!!

ORANGE FIZZE

“This creamsicle themed flavour is a blend of rich oranges and creamy vanilla. Its a nostalgic twist on a classic cream soda.”

Orange Fizze SpinfuelDori: 4.5 stars. I love the experience I get from vaping Orange Fizze. If you remember, I’m not a big orange vape fan. This is another orange flavor done really well. The orange is subtle and creamy. It reminds me of sitting down and enjoying a nice big scoop of vanilla ice cream with orange soda poured over it. I seem to get most of the orange flavor right before the exhale. The exhale is full of a nice rich cream and voluptuous clouds. Orange Fizze is very smooth and has a mild throat hit at 3mg. I used a Popeye RDA with a .4 ohm coil build on my Mad Modder OKL around 30-50 watts.

Alicia: 4.5 stars. This is a good flavor, although I agree with Dori and I’m getting more of an orange soda float type flavor rather than a creamsicle. On the inhale, I get a decent orange soda flavor. It actually gives me the “fizze” type feeling of soda. It’s tangy and tasty! Creamy vanilla ice cream comes out throughout the exhale with hints of the orange soda. They mix really well together and make a really good combination. The “fizze” is still lingering on the exhale and actually adds to the appeal. It’s not your normal orange creamsicle vape and that definitely adds bonus points with this vaper!

Scott: 4.5 stars. Orange Fizze was really good. The orange was amazing in this one and it wasn’t too overpowering. It had a nice, mellow flavor that I tasted from the inhale all the way to the exhale. It had a nice vanilla hint on the exhale that hit the spot. It was described to be more like an orange cream soda, but I agreed with Dori and Alicia and it reminded me more of an orange float or even the orange push pops you got when you were a kid.

Dana: 5 stars. Wow! Can you say orange pop?? Crisp, clean, orange flavor on the inhale, with a hint of vanilla on the exhale. Orange Fizze is a slightly sweet orange soda pop in an eliquid. The orange flavor is not overpowering like a lot of orange flavored eliquids are, it’s just right. With the light vanilla notes added in, it makes it a perfect treat for anytime! I vaped this on my Doge .3 on an unregulated mod. I can’t wait to put some in a tank too! I would definitely add this to my daily rotation!

Louis: 4.5 stars. True to its description, Orange Fizze does have an orange cream soda taste. For me, the inhale is a tart, orange flavor. It almost reminds me of powdered Tang. The sweetness of the cream seems to comes out in the exhale. It’s not a daily dripper for me, but would be a nice treat once in awhile!

CHERRY FIZZE

“In the spirit of the soda fountain classic, this juice has cherries and authentic cola flavour. It’s complex, bright and refreshing.”

Cherry FizzeDori: 4 stars. Cherry Fizze is another solid flavor from Juice Parlour. The cherry is not quite as pronounced as I’d like it to be, but I catch it mostly right as I begin to inhale. Next, the cola flavor swirls in and then takes over-which I don’t mind. I completely disagree with Alicia and think the cola flavor is a really good one. It has a bit of a “fizze” to it, but not a harsh throat hit which is what I like about it. It’s smooth and reminds me of vaping a cherry cola. I just think it needed more cherry flavoring to earn it a higher rating because of the name. I used a Popeye RDA with a .4 ohm coil build on a Lotus LE80 box mod at around 40 watts for this one.

Alicia: 3.5 stars. Being a lover of cherry cola, I have to say that I was disappointed with this one. This tastes more like a cherry cough medicine than a cola flavor. The cherry flavor is there, but it has hints of something that just reminds me of medicine. The cherry comes out on the inhale and it isn’t a bad cherry flavor at all. On the exhale is when the medicine flavor comes into play. It mixes with the cherry and gives me the cough medicine flavor. I’m guessing that the cola flavor is where I get the medicine or off taste from. So, for me, I like the cherry, but am really turned off by the cola flavoring. With that said, it’s not something that I would be able to vape, but I did give a little higher of a score due to really liking the cherry flavor alone.

Scott: 4 stars. This was my least favorite of the line. Although it had a good cherry flavor, it was one that was good on the inhale, but on the exhale the cherry was overwhelmed by the soda taste. Once the soda mixed in with the cherry, I agree with Alicia that it gave it a medicine taste that wasn’t pleasant on the exhale. I tried this one by dripping and in a tank and still got the same results. Other than the taste on the exhale, it would be an amazing cherry flavor and probably have been my favorite eliquid.

Dana: 5 stars. Yummy, cherry cola! I disagree with everyone! Cherry Fizze has an amazing crisp cola on the inhale and just the right amount of sweet cherries on the exhale. This is a glass of cherry cola, but in a vape! I swear that I taste the fizzy part too! I vaped this on my Doge .3 on a regulated mod and tried it on various wattages, which brought out even more of the luscious flavors! I have most of the bottle gone in less than a day. Needless to say, I would put this in my daily rotation for sure!

Louis: 3.5 stars. Look out Pepsi, Sam’s Club got ahold of your wild cherry flavoring! This juice really reminds me of an off-brand cola, but with a really good cherry flavor. On the inhale, I got more of the cherry flavor. The cola was more prominent on the exhale. I’m not a big fan of the cola but I didn’t mind the cherry. I would have given this a better rating if the cola had a better flavor.

SODA JERK

“ A quintessential treat from the past, a root beer float. This flavour will remind you of scoops of ice cream in bubbly, foamy root beer.”

Soda Jerk Juice ParlourDori: 5 stars. Soda Jerk is a classic Root Beer float. If you have been searching for this flavor, this is a MUST try!! I am enjoying the rich, smoothness of this vape. On the inhale, a delicious rootbeer flavor with the perfect touch of ice cream that mixes well and gives it that lovely float flavor! On the exhale, the flavor just continues. This is like enjoying that yummy root beer float without all of those guilty calories! Yes, I said that!! I love vaping for that reason too. It’s true!!

Alicia: 5 stars. So, considering I highly dislike root beer, I’m keeping an open mind with this one. As soon as I opened the bottle, all I could smell was root beer. Now, yes, I don’t like drinking root beer, but Soda Jerk has made me realize that even though I don’t like drinking it, I don’t mind vaping it. It’s actually really good to vape! The inhale gives me a creamy vanilla mixed with notes of root beer. The creaminess of the vanilla is definitely a hit for me, and that may be the main reason I really like this one. On the exhale, the root beer comes out full flavored and I think it’s dead on with what root beer tastes like, but without the aftertaste that keeps me from drinking it. The “fizze” is noticeable on the exhale, and again, adds to the appeal. Awesome job Juice Parlour!

Scott: 4.5 stars. Remember when you were kids and your parents would give you the candy root beer barrels, well this definitely made me think of those! The rootbeer flavor in this one was amazing. It had a nice, strong, birch rootbeer taste. Even though this was supposed to be more of a float, I didn’t get much of the vanilla ice cream flavor out of it like Alicia said she had gotten. The inhale and exhale was amazing and the flavor lasted all the way through. The main reason I gave this a 4.5 is because this is probably one of the best rootbeer flavors I have had. I used an IPV with a troll built to .3 ohm.
Dana: 4.75 stars. Normally I am not a huge fan of root beer, there is just something nostalgic about Soda Jerk that brings me back to my childhood. It reminds me of sitting with my dad enjoying a refreshing root beer float on a hot summer day. I taste a not too sweet root beer flavor on the inhale and a sweet creamy flavor on the exhale. What a perfect combination! I vaped this on my Doge .3 on a regulated mod set on various wattages. The higher the wattage, the more the root beer flavor comes out. Although I would vape this quite a bit, I wouldn’t say I would vape it all day long.

Louis: 4.5 stars. This juice has a very strong root beer taste, but I agree with Scott and I couldn’t really taste the ice cream part. I actually got a lot of comments while I was vaping this juice because of the overpowering root beer scent. This juice could have been a daily dripper for me if it had more of a cream taste, but I’m not sure if this eliquid just needs extra time to steep to really let the creaminess come out more.

CONCLUSION

The team and I were all impressed with Juice Parlour. While we had mixed reviews on the Cherry Fizze, we all enjoyed the Orange Fizze and Soda Jerk whether it had exactly what we were looking for or not. The flavors were well-rounded, smooth, with a mild throat hit, and they all had a nice vapor production. We’re excited to see what the future holds for Juice Parlour.
