The name Vapmor might not ring a bell for every vaper out there, but you’d be surprised to learn that it is actually a sister company of Smok, one of the most well-known and prolific vaping brands in the world. As such, it certainly has the resources and the know-how to make some interesting devices, and that’s what we’ve seen so far in 2019. From the Vapmor Vpen Kit to the Vapmor Vair Kit, they’ve released a handful of impressive devices that combine performance with great design, and a lot of flair.
In this review, we’re going to be taking a look at another new device that was added to their arsenal of impressive vaping devices, the Vapmor VGO 35W 2-in-1 Pod System. We’ve seen other companies trying to combine different vaping styles into one device, but can Vapmor succeed?

First Impressions of the Vapmor VGO 35W 2-in-1 Pod System
The Vapmor VGO is an eye-catching device that instantly caught my attention. It’s available in a variety of vibrant colors, including Black, Silver, Blue, Red, and Green. The device itself feels premium in the hand, thanks to its high-quality aluminum alloy construction. It’s sleek, slim, and comfortable to hold, and the overall design is very modern and minimalist.
The VGO features a single firing button on the front, which also acts as the on/off switch. Above the button, there’s an LED indicator that displays the battery life and other important information. On the bottom, you’ll find the USB Type-C port for charging.
One of the most interesting aspects of the VGO is its dual pod system. It comes with two types of pods: a refillable pod and a disposable pod. The refillable pod uses a replaceable coil, while the disposable pod has a built-in coil that cannot be replaced. This gives you the flexibility to choose the vaping style that best suits your preferences.

Vapmor VGO Performance Review
I tested the Vapmor VGO with both the refillable pod (0.6ohm coil) and the disposable pod (1.0ohm coil), using a variety of e-liquids, including freebase nicotine and nicotine salts.
Flavor
The flavor production on both pods was excellent. The 0.6ohm mesh coil in the refillable pod delivered a rich and intense flavor, especially with freebase e-liquids. The 1.0ohm coil in the disposable pod was perfect for nicotine salts, providing a smooth and satisfying vape with good flavor clarity.
Vapor Production
For a pod system, the Vapmor VGO produced a surprising amount of vapor. The 0.6ohm coil delivered dense clouds, while the 1.0ohm coil offered a more discreet, but still satisfying, vapor production. The draw was smooth and consistent on both pods, whether using the button or draw-activation.
Throat Hit
The throat hit was comfortable and satisfying. With the 0.6ohm coil, I experienced a medium throat hit using 3mg freebase e-liquid. With the 1.0ohm coil and 20mg nicotine salts, the throat hit was prominent but not harsh, which is exactly what I look for in a MTL device.
Vapmor VGO Battery Life and Charging
The Vapmor VGO is equipped with a built-in 1400mAh battery, which is quite impressive for a device of its size. I found that the battery lasted me a full day of moderate vaping with both pods. Heavier vapers might need to charge it once during the day, but overall, the battery life is solid.
Charging is done via a USB Type-C port, which is a welcome addition. It supports 1A charging, so it takes about 60-70 minutes to fully charge the device from empty. The LED indicator conveniently shows the charging status.

Vapmor VGO Coils (Nautilus AIO Compatible)
One of the most significant advantages of the Vapmor VGO’s refillable pod is its compatibility with Aspire Nautilus AIO coils. This is a huge plus, as Nautilus coils are widely available and renowned for their excellent performance and longevity. The kit includes a 0.6ohm mesh coil, but you can use any Nautilus BVC coil with it, giving you a wide range of resistance options.
Vapmor VGO Pods (Refillable and Disposable)
As mentioned earlier, the VGO offers both refillable and disposable pods. The refillable pod has a 2ml e-liquid capacity and features a convenient top-fill system. The disposable pod also has a 2ml capacity, but once the coil is burnt out, you have to discard the entire pod. While some might prefer the convenience of disposable pods, I personally lean towards the refillable option due to its cost-effectiveness and environmental benefits.
Pros & Cons
Pros:
- Excellent flavor and vapor production
- Dual pod system (refillable/disposable)
- Compatible with Aspire Nautilus AIO coils
- Impressive 1400mAh battery life
- USB Type-C charging
- Sleek and premium design
- Draw-activated or button-activated
Cons:
- Disposable pods increase waste
- No adjustable airflow
Final Thoughts
The Vapmor VGO 35W 2-in-1 Pod System is a truly innovative and versatile device. It offers excellent performance, a premium design, and the flexibility to choose between refillable and disposable pods. The compatibility with Aspire Nautilus AIO coils is a game-changer, making it an even more appealing option for vapers who value coil availability and performance.
While the disposable pods might not be for everyone, the refillable option more than makes up for it. If you’re looking for a powerful and adaptable pod system that delivers on all fronts, the Vapmor VGO is definitely worth considering.
