In a world of minimalist and stealthy box mods, the Snowwolf Vfeng 230W TC Box Mod brings back the flashy LED lighting and an eye-catching design. Constructed from high-quality Zinc Alloy, the Vfeng is ergonomic, and stylish, with 3-color LED backlights and a massive 1.3-inch TFT display.
What I find interesting about the Vfeng is its ability to remind me of the old Wismec Predator 228, which I really liked. However, after using the Vfeng for a day or so, I realized that the Vfeng takes a different road. Sure, the shape is similar, but the materials, and especially the LED Lights, give it a completely different look and feel.
The Vfeng 230W TC Box Mod is powered by dual 18650 batteries, which are sold separately. The mod is capable of 230W of power, and features Temperature Control capabilities. In addition to the above, the Snowwolf Vfeng features a customizable LED Snowwolf logo, which illuminates the rear of the device, just above the battery panel. The mod is available in Black, Gold, and Red.
First Impression
Like many of Snowwolf’s products, the Vfeng is built well. The Zinc Alloy material feels good in the hand. The buttons have a nice click to them, and the large TFT screen is bright and clear. I don’t love the way the screen is situated at the top of the mod, rather than the side, but it’s a minor quibble and doesn’t affect performance.
The customization of the LED lights is really cool. The rear of the device has an illuminated Snowwolf logo that sits above the battery cover. The lights can be set to different colors, or to cycle through colors. A nice touch that helps the Vfeng stand out in a crowd.

Final Thoughts
The Snowwolf Vfeng 230W TC Box Mod is a throwback to some of the flashier vape mods of the past. Its ergonomic design, excellent build quality, and customizable LED lights make it a unique and fun device. The large, clear TFT screen is a definite plus. While it might not appeal to everyone, those who enjoy a more distinctive look will find a lot to love in the Vfeng.
