How are your local shops reacting to the deeming regulations

I rarely drive, so it’s hard for me to get out to any of my local shops. I mostly buy online. I’ve heard from many people that their local shops are acting very nonchalant about the deeming regs, which leads me to believe that most shops have no idea what’s in store for them. Have you noticed the same thing from any of your local shops?
