Some research shows that cannabis could help with migraines. Is this not wonderful news for those of us that DO suffer the agonizing pain of migraines headaches? Well, yes and no. I guess it depends on whether you like to get high or not. I don’t, but then again, IF cannabis could relieve the immediate pain of some of my hardest hitting migraine headaches, I think I’d go for it once and a while.
Since cannabis is made up of over 100 cannabinoids, this finding suggests that different cannabinoids or other constituents like terpenes may play the central role in headache and migraine relief.
Well, okay, but there is much we don’t know yet. What else do they say?
The researchers also noted that cannabis concentrates, such as cannabis oil, produced a larger reduction in headache severity ratings than cannabis flower.
