Through the past three weeks I’ve been giving you information on how I deal with chronic pain, with Delta THC, in these modern, restrictive times in the United States.
Living in a country that is more concerned with an over-exaggerated opioid epidemic is frustrating for people like myself. The US couldn’t care less about helping patients achieve an acceptable quality of living. It cares more about looking like it’s fighting a war, an unwinnable war, against those idiots that abuse drugs to get high.
It wasn’t always this way, and for several years I was living with my disease fairly comfortably. Today, in 2022, I self-care with Delta THC, a remarkable substitute for prescription painkillers, inflammation, as well as focus.
The Typical Day in the Life with Delta THC
What I haven’t yet done in this series is to outline how I use Delta THC products daily. I will attempt to do so below, if we all remember that as newer, better products come out, my daily regime could change.
6:00 AM – Waking up….
Yep, even at my age I wake up every day at 6 in the morning. Not that I want to wake up that early. I have 3 cats, and every morning all three have a ritual that includes jumping on my stomach, shoving their head into my face, and even one of the cats kneading me near my throat. (That’s a real wake up call!)
Millions of people can identify with waking up in the morning feeling an incredible ache in their shoulders, knees, hands, feet, and other parts of the body. This inflammation not only makes it difficult to get up out of bed, but it also makes it almost impossible to stay in bed. Nowhere is comfortable and everywhere is dreaded.
Balance Delta 8 Tincture is my first choice for morning stiffness and pain. Balance Delta 8 THC Tincture is a Hybrid strain with a delightful flavor of passion fruit. The bottle lives on my nightstand, always at the ready.

Invigorating and Uplifting
Balance Premium Tincture is a strain that offers a light ‘cerebral invigoration’ (a wakeup feature or focus feature) that will provide an uplift to your morning. Starting out you’re going to want to start off with a couple of drops, adjusting up or down to find the right dosage for you.
In my advanced stage of my disease, I use a half to a full dropper in the morning. To be fair, on the weekends I tend to use the full dropper. During the week I just want to loosen up, feel better, and get to work.
8AM – Breakfast
Each day I spend the first two hours…
- Cleaning litter boxes
- Feeding my cats. (I spoil my cats with wet cat food twice a day).
- Making coffee for my wife and myself
- Reading emails and replying to some of them
- Setting up my daily To-Do list.
This is also the time for another Delta THC product. Lately, I’ve really been enjoying DeltaExtrax’s Live Resin Delta 9 Gummies. The Peach-Citrus is my current favorite.

Noon – Mimosa THC O Cartridge Time
When lunchtime comes around, I’ll fix lunch for my wife and I, do a bit of cleaning up, and while doing this I’ll have a Mimosa THC 0 Cartridge affixed to my 510-battery.
The Mimosa flavor, and the Straw-Nanna Ocho Extrax Cartridge are my favorites. If I have a Mimosa cartridge, I’ll definitely use it, my fallback is the Straw-Nanna (strawberry and banana).
What I really enjoy about doing a bit of Delta THC vaping while making lunch is it helps not only my pain issues, but my appetite as well. To put it simply, I feel damn good, yet still focused, calm, collected.
4:00 PM – The Beginning of the Wind Down
When you wake up every morning at 6AM, when 4PM rolls around you want to begin to wind down. For that, I will use Delta 9 Wild Cherry Chronix Gummies.

Evening – 6PM to 10PM
Honestly, dinnertime is never the same. Sometimes we order in, sometimes my wife’s caretaker will make dinner, and sometimes I will, depending on my pain level at 6PM.

The above is my typical day, both weekdays and weekends. Although I still experience some pain, Delta THC products help a lot more than anyone might think.
Other Uses and My Uses of Delta THC
I know there are a lot of people that use Delta THC for pleasure purposes, and that’s fine with me. I’m a Libertarian, and I support the idea that adults should be able to do whatever they want, as long as no one else gets hurt in the process.
For me, however, Delta THC, and in particular the products I buy from DeltaExtrax, help me live a good life. It provides a better quality of life, it gives me control over my pain issues, and best of all, I am no longer at the mercy of pain doctors that are constantly hampered by the government.
