Budtank is a company that I’ve never heard of before, so when we had the opportunity to see where this vape company was headed, (vaping certain concentrates) we jumped in with both feet. [ez-toc]What we decided to review is a simple, easy to use and easy to operate “Niche” pod mod.
With USB-C recharging and a fire button for activation AND preheating, the Niche is also inexpensive, but not ‘cheap’, if you know what I mean. I’m not so sure that a heavy Vaper would want the Niche as their primary vape. But as a backup device? Definitely.
What Makes the Niche Different from the Crowd
Niche is a ceramic-coil-powered 2ml pod, and it also comes in 1ml pod. The ingeniously integrated design is truly simple, yet effective. One button for activation, preheat and voltage adjustment, this is a pod mod that works equally well with cannabis oil, Delta THC products, and e-liquid.
The Niche and Preheating and Voltage Regulation
With two quick clicks you can put the Niche pod mod in preheat mode, then 3 quick clicks for voltage adjustment. Using the standard color scheme to quickly access the voltage reading; Green is 2.8V, Blue is 3.0V and Red is 3.3V.
The 280mAh internal battery and the now standard Type-C charging port brings the Niche into 2023 with a modern, quality, and affordable vape no matter what you’re choosing to vape with it.
My Personal Experience
The Niche is an excellent device for cannabis concentrate and CBD/Delta Oils. It’s ceramic coil and voltage regulation offers the user (that would be me) an excellent experience, especially when it comes to authentic, smooth vapor and flavor.
Fortunately, buying CBD and Delta Oil concentrates is super easy for me in my state. I can even drive to a dispensary when it’s time to resupply my various cannabis products. Cannabis concentrates are expensive, but the Niche allows me, and other users, to utilize every single drop without waste. That right there is a valid reason for picking up the Budtank Niche.
After a week of steady use, I knew I’d never roll another joint or buy a Preroll again. The Niche provides the perfect alternative to smoking these products.
The Benefits of Vaping These Concentrates
Cannabis and CBD/Delta aficionados favor vapor over smoking every time. While smoking Cannabis (or CBD) flowers is straight up easy, a small investment in a good mod means there doesn’t need to be the clutter of rolling papers, a lighter or anything else.
Vaping cannabis concentrates offers a prominent and intense experience for both medicinal and recreational users. A more intense high, no waste, and no muss. The Niche is the perfect solution for most users.

These slim, inexpensive pod mods are a dime a dozen. However, designing a pod mod for use with cannabis oils and CBD/Delta THC products takes the Niche into an exclusive arena for those of us that want to enjoy our oils, and the experience they provide, without difficulties, disappointments, and delusions.
