Introduction
The Aspire CF SubΩ battery is a convenient device with many positive attributes. It is light and a great high-end e-cigarette option for use instead of a mechanical mod, as the battery includes safety features. With a maximum discharge rate of 40 amperes, the CF SubΩ can empower your diy atomizer or sub-ohm tank in no-time. It came charged and takes 1-5 hours to charge fully upon its being too weak to use. If you charge it nightly, it takes less than 30 minutes to charge to its full potential. The suggested tank for this device is the Sub-Ohm Atlantis tank. It is rated for 20-30 watts and uses a 0.5 ohm atomizer head. The Atlantis includes a classically impressive atomizer head and uses adjustable bottom-feed air flow. Light and powerful, I recommend this device for those who vape on the go.

Reasoning and Characteristics
In using the Aspire CF SubΩ battery, I was impressed with the immediacy in which it empowered my Goblin RDA. It works great. One benefit of the battery that sets it aside from others similar to it is the spring design for its 510 connection –it incorporates a better, stronger spring design than most others on the market. The connection above the spring is square-like, large, and durable.
As far as looks go, you may see the device and think it only comes in the common gray color of other devices which incorporate a similar carbon fiber style sleeve. The Aspire CF SubΩ also comes in red and blue and black. Its firing button is steel and has both blue and orange LED lights behind it for various indications related to charging, use, and protection features.
One notion I nearly found confusing was in regards to the steel connection on the top of the battery. If you notice, there is a circular trough surrounding the connection, about 10mm deep. Not knowing what the trough’s function was, I tried the battery out anyway. As I have a tendency to prime sub-ohm tanks from the drip tip after one or two vapes, the liquid can seep from the bottom of the tank. This is no problem, because such an action allows for a larger cloud with increased flavor in a smaller amount of time. As any tank can leak a little this way, the trough in the connection can keep the device from leaking. With the suggested tank and proper use, leaking will be no problem, and the light-weight device is great for use when traveling.
As far as charging goes, the Aspire CF SubΩ is rechargeable. It is recommended to use a USB charger for the battery, which I found to be a slight drawback, as the Aspire does carry its own USB Charger, though it may not be easy to attain. One must contact them via information from their website or search the web for a vendor, to find the Aspire USB charger for about 5$. As other USB chargers will fit and work, Aspire does not recommend such actions to protect the safety of the battery. It is no drawback, if you attain the right charger, however this device would be far more versatile with a USB port for charging. To charge it, simply screw the top of it into a USB charger, then plug it into a wall adapter or USB port on a computer. The battery can also be charged with some ohms testing devices. The method of charging the CF SubΩ is the only reason I did not give the battery 5 of 5 stars, though it was tempting to give it a higher rating, because of the immediacy of its wattage production and nicely sized stainless steel firing button.
I use the device all the time with various atomizers and love it. If you are used to using a mechanical mod and want to vape a little safer, this high-end item is one to consider, as it has safety cut-off features. Do not let the specifications fool
you by thinking that the Aspire CF SubΩ battery would not even compare to a mod with a normal 18650 Lithium Ion IMR battery, because it does. The battery lasts for an extended period of time and is powerful, indeed.
