How to Post a Question
Adding a question is easy. The key is to keep your question as short as possible.
The Question Title needs to be less than 60 characters.
The “Continue Question Or Provide further Details ” box is for all the background information you wish to add to your question, or the complete question in excess of 60 characters.
You might want to ask something like “Why is my tank leaking”, and in the “Continue Question Or Provide further Details” box you can tell us the problem in detail. Such as what tank it is, how long you’ve had it, what measures you may have taken already, and anything else that would allow our team, and the vape community who can offer their input as well, will help us understand your problem and provide specific answers tailored to your issues.

and click “Submit”.
Most questions will begin to generate answers within a few hours.
